Two existing campus maintenance buildings totaling 12,800 sf were renovated for reuse by the Mesa State College Admissions, Housing and Outdoor Program. The tilt-up concrete and wood buildings were completey gutted to accept the revised space plan, existing structure was supplemented, new electrical and HVAC systems were provided, a new brick, stucco and storefront exterior skin was added, and a maintenance vehicle courtyard was converted to a pedestrian zone.
