The Grand Junction City Hall is a new, 46, 600 sf building, housing city administration, planning, municipal services, public works, courts, public meeting rooms, in a two story structure designed to allow for the addition of a third floor. Built in 2000 to replace an outworn existing facility, the new building provides an efficient and historically compatible building. The main lobby & the center atrium are full height two story spaces that enhance the public areas of the building.
