Over a period of years, Frank Wagner has provided architectural design services for Community Hospital, a full-service, acute-care hospital offering full outpatient diagnostic services and inpatient care for the Western Slope region of Colorado and for Eastern Utah. Among his projects include: Emergency Care Addition, Transitional Care remodel,  MRI remodel, Administrative Offices Wing.
