First Choice Outpatient Surgical Center, a banch of Community Hospital, offers a range of outpatient surgical procedures from the 15,000 sf facility completed in late summer 2001. The $2.95 million project is constructed over a crawl space to allow for telecommunications flexibility and to avoid poor soils. The building has a steel structure, stucco and stone skin and a combination of flat and mansard roofs. It includes four main operating rooms, two smaller procedure rooms, recovery areas, administrative offices, locker rooms and family meeting rooms.
