The campus Master Plan for Colorado Northwestern Community College proposed an overall heirarchy of design guidelines for future campus development to create a consistent, cohesive college campus theme. Areas highlighted include pedestrian and vehicular circulations, building and plant material palettes, large open space recreation areas, small intimate outdoor gathering areas, and potential future development locations.
