The Central Distributing beverage distribution center and administrative HQ, is an 80,000 sq. foot concrete, steel and masonry facility that includes administrative offices, truck loading, and cold storage capability. The 68,000 sq. foot cold storage features concrete tilt slab construction, steel roof structure and brick cladding. The two story office is steel construction with patterned brick veneer cladding.
