The Bear Creek House is situated on the banks of Bear Creek, a salmon spawning stream, in the midst of a twelve acre estate. This extensive re-build sits on the original house's foundation, but is virtually 100% new construction from that foundation. The project also includes a tennis barn for year round play by the owner's pro tennis daughter, estate landscaping and a soccer field for family games. Extensive consideration in the site development was given to the site wetlands and riparian corridor.
